Tea Time is Me Time

Me time is a little break you allow yourself to take once in a while, just to catch your breath.

Whether it’s once a day or once a week, it doesn’t matter, as long as you take the time to do it.

Kicking back with an ice cold glass of tea, say, by yourself on a sun porch is the perfect way to achieve some balance in your day and to renew your energy and spirit.

Read a book, use the time to journal or just sit back and listen to some music.

In other words, go to your happy place!

Tea Time is We Time

We time is a time during the week set aside to spend in the company of special friends. This is not the time to be solving all the problems of the world, but rather as informal time to relax and converse.
